I write. I coach. I wonder about things.I notice what gets in the way, what we don't say, and the things we sometimes can't see about ourselves.Mostly I am curious what we might discover when we stop trying so hard to get ourselves right.

Some of what I write has a point.Some of it doesn’t.Sometimes it’s an inquiry.Sometimes it’s a discovery.Sometimes I’m simply capturing a human moment before my brain turns it into something prettier than it actually was.I write about what matters, what hurts, what makes me laugh, what I can’t understand, and the invisible ways we confine ourselves without realizing it.No requirement that I teach.No requirement that I inspire.No requirement that every thought needs a destination.Just honesty, presence, and real life.Sometimes its beautiful. Sometimes it's messy.

WHO AM I?
I listen for what's not being said.
I’m Aedy.I notice things.I look.I ask questions.And I have a strange tendency to notice the thing underneath the thing.I’ve spent years coaching people, but lately I find myself less interested in being someone who has answers.I’m much more interested in what becomes visible when we look together.I write from my own life, too.The beautiful parts.
The uncomfortable parts.
The contradictions.
The blind spots.
The things I’m embarrassed to admit.
The moments when I discover I’ve been completely full of it. 😂I don’t write because I’ve figured life out.Quite the opposite.I write because I’m looking.And sometimes, in seeing with me, you may see something too.
Coaching

Sometimes we know something isn't working, but we can't quite see what it is.Until we take time to look, discover, and unconceal what is there, we continue to live the same circumstance.

Why I do what I do
I love seeing something that seemed impossible become possible.I love watching someone begin to see something they couldn’t see before — and find their own clarity and confidence in what they really want.There is something about being there for that conversation that matters to me.It doesn’t feel like work.It feels like something I deeply care about — to cherish, honor and love.
